I just wanted to say thank you for all the effort you put into selling our
home. Not only did you provide us with a detailed analysis of the current
market. You clearly explained how you would help us sell our home for the
maximum price in the shortest time possible.
We had sooo many realtors visit our home in a short period of time. He
was able to deal with multiple offers in a legal manner while increasing
the interest in other realtors.
During every step in the process, Bev resolved our concerns and kept us
informed. From the moment we decided to sell our property.
First, he completed an analysis of our property, as well as giving us
ideas of how to increase the value of home and maximize our profit.
2nd, he gave a reasonable time frame to complete those projects and
checked in with us on when to complete the pictures of the property for
the MLS listing.
Not only did he advertise on MLS, he also emailed all the realtors in the
NW with information about our property. In other words, he found the
people who were interested in buying our property.
Next we were given strict instructions on how to deal with the realtors
coming into our home. His encouragement and help sold our home for the
maximim price in the minimum amount of time.
